摘 要：
With the successful development of the state-of-the-art soft ionization, multi-dimensional separation, high-end mass analyzers, isotopic labeling and bioinformatics tools, mass spectrometry has been widely used for comprehensive and deep characterization of proteomes and glycomes qualitatively and quantitatively.
In this talk, I will give a brief introduction to (1) current development and application status of biological mass spectrometry, proteomics and glycomics; (2) new methods and technologies developed in our group as well as our unique capabilities.
